How to receive a long distance attunement

*Please be free from medications or alcohol ***unless it is medically necessary for you***. It is also recommended, but not required, to be free from meat for a week prior to receiving your attunement. This is a matter of personal preference for each person.
We highly recommend having your attunement when you can arrange to be undisturbed for approximately 30-45 minutes.
If you wish to use incense, sage, candles, or music to help prepare yourself, it is fine, but not required. Make yourself as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
Some choose to pray or meditate which is also fine. Do whatever works for your personal beliefs.
Approximately 10-15 minutes before the prearranged time of the attunement remove your jewelry including your watch. Loosen any clothing that will help to make you more comfortable.
Lay down, or sit comfortably without crossing your arms or legs. Allow yourself to focus inward and accept the energy that is being sent to you.
Some people will have tingling sensations, pressure on their crowns, visions, sounds, warmth, all or none of the above. Each person experiences each attunement differently. Whatever happens for you will be the right for your own individual circumstances and in no way makes the attunement more or less effective.
After Your Attunement
Please to be sure and drink lots of clean water after your attunement. Your body will be in a state of cleansing itself of impurities for the next 21-30 days. (approximately) Clean water is one of the best ways to help your body remove toxins from your system. Also, be sure to do self healing for yourself during this time. You may experience lucid dreams, (consider keeping a dream journal during this time.) Contact us if you have any questions.

If this happens when sending your attunement we will be happy to pass on whatever information we are guided to pass to you. Your personal information is considered confidential and will not be shared with any outside individual.
