Energy Exercises
To the best of my knowledge, these exercises are not trademarked by anyone. If anything here does not follow these guidelines, please let me know.
Always remember to protect yourself with the white light and ground yourself well, before AND after working with energy.
These are just a few of the many ways to do these things. More will be added in the future.
How to detect your body's energies:
1. Briskly rub your hands together for approx 10 seconds
2. Place your hands together in a prayer position and pull them appox 6 inches apart
3. Practice feeling the sensations that occur when you move your hands back and forth--closer than farther apart.
(Also try this with your eyes closed.)

**Here's another one:
1. Make your connection with the energy.
2. Open your left palm and trace patterns directly over your palm with the other hand--but not touching the skin. Focus on the sensations of the patterns in your left palm.
(Also very good with the eyes closed)
This one is a combination of distant healing and
charka balancing/charging:
1. Connect with the energy and strongly visualize the person you intend to send healing to.
2. With your hands held out in front of you, palms facing each other, concentrate on each of the chakras of the person you are sending to. Try to get a picture in your mind of the chakra--and with your hands "sense" the chakra.
3. Take note of the different sizes of the chakras and speeds. Are the chakras spinning in the correct direction? Are they clean and healthy looking, or do they have impurities that need to be removed?
4. Ask that each chakra be balanced/charged for the person's highest good. Visualize this happening and allow yourself to "feel" what is happening. Allow it to flow freely rather than pushing it.
5. Do each of the seven main chakras slowly, with the intent that it is balanced and charged for the person's highest good.
